VeloDS is the new cycling team management platform to help you manage the event schedule, travel plans and members profiles of your cycling team or club category. It was created from the need to bring accessibility, maintainability of the race planning, 24/7, by every member of the team.
How it works
You will love the functionality
Using the portal the team administrator can create the planning, maintain travel plans and add new members. The sports director can assign team members to the planning using the preferences that the team members provide via the app. The app will keep the team members informed via notifications.

Detailed planning; stage details, accommodation details, files related to the event, line-up and actions to be taken.
Member preferences; the team member can indicate their preference or availability per event.
Travel plans; add travel plans by airplane or road and assign them to team members.
Notifications; automatic notifications to all involved members when events or plans change.
Timeline; every team member gets a personal timeline showing their schedule for the next four weeks.
Line-up planner; a planner to assign the races to the team members and download the planning in Excel format.
Profile; every team member can maintain their own profile information and add license information
Profiles; The staff has access to the profile information for administrative usage.
